As an independent property, we do not operate with automatic billing. To secure your dates and ensure a smooth arrival, please finalize your booking at least 15 days before your arrival.
- Request: Contact us at
reservations@lacolombineaparthotel.comto receive your pro forma invoice. - Deposit: Settle the 30% deposit via bank transfer (EUR or MGA).
- Confirmation: Send us your transfer receipt (proof of payment) via email or message.
Important Notes:
- Your reservation is guaranteed only upon receipt of the deposit.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, the deposit can be reimbursed or retained and remains valid as a credit for a future stay.
- If we do not receive payment or communication within 14 days of booking, we reserve the right to release the room for other travelers.
